This notice covers the public website, its product showcase, and pilot applications. It does not describe collection from a connected Roblox experience. If you are invited to a pilot, we will discuss the proposed setup and data handling before connecting your game.
What you submit
The pilot application asks for your name, work email, development stage, and the main question or challenge you want to investigate. You may also provide a studio or team name and a Roblox experience URL. The form records your agreement to be contacted about the pilot.
Please do not submit passwords, API keys, player records, customer information, or other sensitive material. A short description of your game and question is enough.
How the application is used
Your application is sent by email to Logan at [email protected]. Aegis uses the information to review pilot fit, respond to your question, and contact you about possible participation. Submitting the form does not create an Aegis account or connect a game.
The application form is not a newsletter subscription or permission for unrelated promotional email. You can ask us to stop following up by replying or emailing [email protected].
Website and email services
Our website hosting and email delivery providers process the information needed to serve the site and deliver your application. This can include technical request and delivery information, such as network address, timestamps, and delivery status. Application content is handled through the email delivery provider and the receiving mailbox.
The product screenshots use synthetic data. Viewing them does not require a Roblox sign-in, game credentials, or access to your experience. Links to Roblox and other external websites are governed by those websites’ own notices.
If you choose a light or dark theme, this website stores that preference in your browser’s local storage. It is used to remember the appearance you selected. The website defaults to dark mode until you choose a theme.
Keeping and removing application information
Applications and related correspondence are kept in email for pilot review and follow-up. The application form does not apply an automatic deletion schedule to those messages.
To correct your details, withdraw your application, or request deletion of your application correspondence, email [email protected]. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Copies in provider logs or backups may follow the provider’s own retention process.
